1997 Lexus LS400. How do I disable my immobilizer.
Question edited for clarity, full 'year MAKE model'.

You can't! You have to fix the problem not find a way around it.
You have a Lexus not an 1981 Chrysler. I have an ES330. Your antitheft system is protecting your vehicle to stop precisely what you are trying to do, drive the car without the correct credentials. You have a transponder chip in the key, a receiver in the steering column, alarm sensors, the antitheft module, the Body Control Module, the Engine Control Module, and all the break-in sensors on hood, trunk, doors, and inside the vehicle all protecting you against theft.
You need an auto electrician, the dealership, or an auto locksmith / alarm installer with a pro grade scan tool computer to check the system and find out why it isn't working. If you lost all three keys, the dealership can make a key based on the VIN Number. Get one and then get the auto locksmith to make another and program both.

My 93 LS400 defaulted to 3rd gear. Does anyone know whats wrong
Now, I'm not saying this is a fact, but my TH700R4 trans did that very thing, wouldn't come out of third. And with no 3rd it won't go to overdrive. I rebuilt the trans and found the overdrive drum was all scarred and caused the limp home thing to happen, third gear was as high as it would go. I suggest you have the trans checked out by a professional trans shop. As for it being a bear to start, that's a faulty temperature sensor. If it's not functioning, the computer doesn't know to put it into cold start mode, which increases the throttle speed and puts more fuel in the engine for starting when cold. Like a automatic choke system in earlier vehicles.
I have a 1993 Lexus
Check the ignition switch, there is battery voltage to the fuel pump and ignition, because the engine starts with switch in the start position, now check the above with the switch in the run position, If there is no voltage replace the switch.
