this was a tuff one to track down, but the skinny of it is you can not do what you want to there is no way to override the radio output with your aftermarket nav. system you can plug it into the AUX port in the console but then you will have to push the aux tab on the screen, if you cut the wires to the radio and install a jack to plug in the nav. system that might work but it would not over ride the radio it would just blend with the output it will also void your warranty, and might cause some kind of feedback into thye cars system that might not be good, if your sat nav system has blue tooth you can set it up to work with that and that would override the system.....any way i will post a link here to help you with the opperating of your system....buy the way nice car.
most of your new cars and trucks to reset the oil life is... turn your key to the on postion but do not start it. just make all the lights on your dash come on. then press your gas pedal 3 to 4 times then like my truck it will say oil life reset and your done.

Just bought the GS460 after driving BMW5 and InfinitiM35sport. We tested the GS350 and found it didn't have the acceleration of the BMW, but liked the ride of the GS. When we drove the GS460 we loved the control and in sport suspension it reminded us of the BMW5. It really came down to the whole controls, navigation, and luxury feel of the Lexus. I really didn't like idrive and hated the turn signals on the BMW. The Infiniti was loud, rough, and had a mediocre sound system compared to BMW or Lexus, although we liked the M's navigation and acceleration. We just decided for $60,000 the Lexus was a more reliable car.

It is definitely a cam problem. Was your replacement cam sensor OEM Japanese Denso, Made in China or Made in Mexico? Never go cheap on sensors.
