Lexus GS 400 - Popular Questions, Answers, Tips & Manuals
What could be the issue with my turn signal for my 1998 Lexus GS 400?
Could be a broken indicator stalk switch or connector you may have to remove cover from around steering column switches to see connector( I think it plugs in in the bottom of switch unit )or find wiring diagram to find colour of wire that should feed 12 Volts and continuity when switch is on with a test lamp or multimeter.

Check Engine Light On, P030x Specific-Cylinder Misfire Code
A cylinder specific misfire indicates that either compression, appropriate fuel mixture, or spark is missing. Start with a visual inspection, looking for a vacuum leak near the cylinder and any sign of wear on the spark plug wire. Check the compression on the target cylinder to ensure that the engine is mechanically sound. Use a stethoscope to listen to the suspect cylinder's fuel injector. Listen for distinctive clicks and compare to another cylinder.
1998 Lexus GS400. Key stuck in ignition after reading obd2 codes
Hi,
Do you have the Owner's Manual? If so, look in it for the way to deactivate the Alarm when the battery has been disconnected. This is only for the FACTORY Lexus alarm. If yours is non-factory you'll need to 'google' the alarm brand and 'how to turn off'.

Abs light stays on and abs system does the same
Try adding brake fluid to the reservoir that should put the light to rest if not when have you had the brakes serviced last, if you start to hear a metal rubbing noise waste no time to get the brakes serviced chances are you need pads or shoes.. Every 25,000 to 30,000 miles should have them inspected other wise you risk rotor or drum damage if the pads or shoes wear down too far.. hope this helps..
Radio stereo
Did you check the fuse? It may have a separate fuse then the AC and GPS. For some reason its broken I'd look online for a
used car radio.
Instrument panel not working
On most models the gauges get power from the same fuse the warning lights do. So it could be a problem with the printed circuit board on the instrument cluster.
