From the clicking and knocking, that sounds like low coolant level. It happened to me on my ES330. The block heater popped out due to a bad new replacement, they used the old bracket on a new heater.
All your codes are misfires. Go to another mechanic. The popped plug can be fixed cheaply with a Helicoil Insert. Then check or replace all the spark plugs. Then reset the codes. Your reduced speed is 'Limp Mode'. From everything you say, I believe you have a coolant leak or coolant issues, which can cause misfires. I just remembered my ES had to have a new radiator about 6 years ago as it was leaking badly.

I have the FIXD Sensor and App and do my own code stuff. It is basic but does the job.
P0300 Causes
Multiple misfires can be caused by many reasons from a
faulty ignition system, fuel system, or internal engine failure. The most common reason for this to happen is faulty or worn-out spark plug coil packs, especially if it's been a while since you had a tune-up.Mar 14, 2018

I can't open the trunk on my 2006 Lexus gs300
Your going to have to try and crawl in there and get to the lock mechanism itself. If it doesn't open with the emergency release cable its going to be a pain. Obviously its jammed up somehow, to free it up without damaging anything will be a struggle. A long screwdriver with some pressure in the right spot on the lock itself while a assistant operates the release may do the trick.

my fuel door wont open is there any way to open it manually.?
you either have to do it from inside the wheel well - or inside trunk - is this a manual pull with cable from inside car or push button electronic- reads as this is a 06 lexus _ its electronic- look up in car manual that comes with car to see what fuse this controls that's where I would end up going to additional to find out - you may have fuse out or sensor - I know some are opened with smart key - batteries sometime are low on power - maybe try new batteries if you have smart key first as they say - try the easy approach first
Where is the fuel shut off switch for a 2001 lexus gs 300
Your vehicle does not come equipped with an inertia fuel shut off switch. You will need to look elsewhere for this system failure. Possible causes could be: Anti theft (SRS) system, blow fuse, Relay, module, bad pump, wiring or connection or out of fuel. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Something is being over looked. Diagnostics have to be performed to find out if this is related or a coincidence. I would first look, inspect and verify that the main accessory fuses are receiving 12 volts and are still properly grounded. What do you have for test equipment? Do you own a Power Probe, test light or multimeter? Please write back and let me know what tests you have run and what you have found so far. Most of these circuits are wired so they receive power when the key is in the ACC or RUN position and are activated from the Ground side.
Replace purge valve on my 2003 lexus gs300
The purge valve is mounted in the engine compartment, probably on the firewall. It is held on by two bolts. It has an electrical connector and two vacuum hoses and looks like the pic below. . Release the connector and unscrew the two bolts. Move the vacuum lines from the old valve to the new one. Bolt the new valve down and connect the wiring harness.
How i can change tire
The new sensor has to be programmed. You probably need a scanner that can communicate with that system. Check for related trouble codes.

Check your oil. If it is milky/tannish, then all signs point to the possibility of a cracked engine block. I hope not. That would mean a new or rebuilt engine and probably a few thousand$$$. Hope it's something else, friend.
