2003 blazer Can't turn key in ignition
Assuming the "security" dash light isn't lit or blinking...1.) Make sure the Blazer is in "P" or "N." See if you can shift through the gear selection, and if so, shift down and back up. You can even try to start it in neutral and see if the key turns.Try turning the key now. If nothing.....2.) Try turning the steering wheel slightly, while pressing the brake and turning the key. See if that allows the key to turn. If not....3.) Check your battery to make sure it's not dead.If the battery checks out okay and you have power (lights etc) inside. Try to remove the key from the ignition? If you can, pull it out and reinsert it after verifying #1 & 2 above. If the key can't be removed, try step#2 several more times. If nothing happens, you can try pulling the negative battery cable off for several minutes and putting it back. That will help reset things IF there's a security issue preventing the key from from turning. If none of this works, there could be a problem with the ignition solenoid that needs to be diagnosed.

Engine not start
Check wiring ok
Fuel pump ok
Injector ok
Ignition coil ok
More information please. What EXACTLY is it doing when you turn the key? This will give clues to where the problem could be.
Are you getting any warning lights on the dash? Do you get nothing at all on the key? Do you get a 'Clunk' or a fast 'rattle' noise? Do you get a lazy crank speed? Does it just wind and not even try to start? Does it wind, try to start but stall out quickly?

Mercedes 2001 C200 Kompressor. External lights will not go out, the light switch is of course in the 'off'position.
Check the Light Switch Position: Ensure that the light switch is indeed in the "off" position. Sometimes, it might appear to be off, but a slight misalignment can keep the lights on. Double-check by toggling the switch a few times.
Faulty Light Switch: Even if the switch seems fine, it could be faulty. Over time, switches can wear out or develop internal issues. Consider having a professional inspect and replace the switch if necessary.
Electrical Issues: There might be an electrical fault causing the lights to stay on. Inspect the wiring and connections related to the external lights. Look for any loose wires, damaged insulation, or corroded connectors.
Stuck Relay or Module: Modern cars use relays and control modules to manage various functions, including external lights. A malfunctioning relay or module could keep the lights on. A mechanic can diagnose and address this issue.
Faulty Light Sensors: Some vehicles have light sensors that automatically turn on the lights when it gets dark. If these sensors are malfunctioning, they might keep the lights on even during the day. Check if your car has such sensors and have them tested.
Battery Voltage Issues: Low battery voltage can cause electrical anomalies. Make sure your car battery is fully charged and in good condition. A weak battery might not provide enough power to fully turn off the lights.
Ignition Switch or Key Cylinder Issues: Faulty ignition switches or key cylinders can sometimes affect the electrical system. If the lights stay on even when the car is off, consider having these components inspected.
Remember that diagnosing electrical issues can be complex, especially without proper tools and expertise. It's advisable to consult a qualified mechanic or an auto electrician to pinpoint the exact cause and resolve the problem. They can perform diagnostic tests.

How do you change the light bulb in a Mettler P1210
If you find screws or a latching mechanism, use the appropriate tool to open the compartment. It might be a good idea to wear gloves during this process to avoid any injury from broken glass and make sure the replacement bulb is the correct type for your scale.

2007 Chevy HHR LT 2.2. Replace fuse box housing.

Chevrolet HHR Repair & Service Manuals (35 PDF's (onlymanuals.com)
To replace the fuse box housing in your 2007 Chevy HHR LT 2.2, follow these steps:
Locate the Fuse Box: The fuse box is typically located in the engine compartment or under the hood. It houses various fuses and relays that control different electrical components in your vehicle.
Disconnect the Battery: Before working on any electrical components, disconnect the negative terminal of the battery to ensure safety.
Remove the Cover: Open the fuse box cover. You'll find a diagram inside the cover that shows the location and function of each fuse.
Identify the Faulty Fuse Box: Inspect the fuse box for any signs of damage or wear. If it's cracked, corroded, or malfunctioning, you'll need to replace it.
Unplug Electrical Connectors: Carefully unplug the electrical connectors attached to the fuse box. Take note of their positions to reconnect them correctly later.
Remove the Old Fuse Box: Unscrew or unclip the fuse box from its mounting bracket. Gently pull it out.
Install the New Fuse Box: Position the new fuse box in place and secure it to the mounting bracket. Reattach the electrical connectors.
Replace Fuses: Transfer the fuses from the old box to the new one. Make sure they match the correct positions as indicated by the diagram.
Test the Electrical Systems: Reconnect the battery and test all electrical systems (lights, radio, etc.) to ensure everything is functioning properly.
Secure the Cover: Close the fuse box cover and secure it in place.
Remember to consult your vehicle's manual or seek professional assistance if you encounter any difficulties during the process.
