The sensors are powered by and monitored by the Integrated Power Module (an all encompassing ECM/BCM/[PCM?]) Did you Cancel / Delete the code after changing the o2 sensor? here it is, BCM the causes are :lamps shorted. right side of car if is USA car.blinker switch lever is bad.scan the PCM see if lamp fails or lever fails.or BCM bad.not scanning it is missing THE BOAT big time. OBD2 scanner.any shop in the USA can scan your car even for free some do.ask em. no fuseno relayno blinker flasher modulethe below computer does all that like magic. BCM body brain. TIPMnote the blinkers have regulator or each side. this post assumes nothing else on the car is failing (all electrics things)

You can wire the 12v lighter plug directly to battery voltage and a good ground to ground it. You'll need an inline fuse though to protect against surges etc (10 amps would be good).

It sounds like that cable you rigged has finally bit the dust. It may be partially grounding out (shorting) or in the opposite, may be corroded and have too much resistance. Disconnect it from the battery and check the resistance with a multimeter.

Tight. It is not a torque critical item. You tighten it down by hand, snug it up and then do another eighth to quarter turn. There is no need to swing on it.

The wiring module or switch has issues. Have a reputable independent shop. Not dealer or tire store look at it.

Assuming you mean neutral safety switch, it's at base of clutch pedal in stick shift vehicles and can be a base of floor mount automatic shifter or on tranny itself. Chilton/Haynes repair manual for you vehicle where tell you where it's at and how to replace it. Given the redundant safety systems in newer vehicles I would definitely get a repair manual and go from there. Trouble shooting section is an excellent place to start.

In my opinion, the problem isn't a fuse. ,Check for horn codes, These are manufacturer specific codes. You will need code reader that will work with your vehicle and read manufacturer specific codes.

Remove the upper radiator hose and the heater hose next to it, then find the 2 bolts holding the tstat housing on and remove them, use a rubber mallet to tap the housing loose then remove the old tstat clean gasket surfaces then reinstall everything.
