You did not say you replaced your thermostat Change the thermostat. Sometimes new thermostats stick. Test the new one before installing by putting it in hot water and watch to see if it opens or closes.

wiring from the sensor on the rear diff ? What sensor ? The insturment cluster get's speed info over the PCI bus ( serial data network ) from the PCM - engine computer . The VSS - vehicle speed sensor is located on the transmission . The VSS is a input to the engine computer . Sorry , don't know who told you that . That is not correct . You should have it diagnosed at a qualified repair shop . Your insturment cluster or data network is probably at fault . Does the vehicle shift ok ? The only sensor that mite be on the rear diff ,could be for the ABS ,an that has nothing to do with the speedometer . Have the vehicle checked for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes .

Doesn't that jeep have an on board anti theft system that shuts of power to the startee and the fuel injectors. Im pretty sure it does thats where to start sometimes just turn the key to the on position for 30 sec. To 60 sec then crank the engine if that doesnt work turn off at least 10 sec try again tirn to on position without cranking motor for at least 30 sec then try cranking

It can be the motor, the fuse, or the wiring. I doubt it is the control panel. There are diagrams at the link below, but they are incomplete and do not show the blower fuse. Look for the blower fuse in the box under the hood. If the fuse is good, jump power directly to the blower pins to see if it runs. It may be possible to get instrument cluster to do a self-test? If you want to try this to rule out instrument cluster. Press and hold odometer reset button, turn key from off to run, run is where the dash lites come on. Any stored 3-digit codes will be displayed in the odometer vf display. The vf display will perform a sequential segment test. All indicators, data controlled, will illuminate. All gauges will cycle in 12.5% or 15% increments. The cluster will automatically exit self-test. The self test does not verify serial data stream. The cluster internally commands all non-hardwired gauges and indicators to operate. The fuel level sending unit sends info to pcm then pcm sends data to instrument cluster. I don't know if that self-test will work on your vehicle? It won't hurt to try. If all the gages cycle except fuel gage, then I suspect the instrument cluster. You can call around different shops, get an estimate for the repair.

The anti-theft system won't allow it to start . You replaced parts without knowing what would happen . The key has a transponder is the head of the key . The module that controls anti-theft doesn't see the transponder code an locked up the vehicle . Your best bet ,have it towed to a qualified repair shop . You don't have the tools or knowledge to fix it .

When you say it won't start do you mean nothing happens when turning the key car won't turn over if so then more than likely your starter is getting bad and when the starter quits spinning it probably stops on a bad spot on the brushes and looses it's connection if that's the case next time vet someone to turn the key while you take a hammer and hit the starter right on the side of the body don't hit the solonoid but if it starts right up then it's the starter going bad replace it.
