Blue flame out the exhaust means the timing is off. When you readjusted the valves, you really got the timing off. Go back and start over. When you are at top-dead center, the valves for that cylinder have to be closed. Good luck.

First check to see if you have the firing order right and the plug wires going to the right plugs. You may have a cross fire. Do a rpm cylinder rpm drop and see if you can isolate the problem to one or two cylinders

Could be: a) starter cannot turn the motor flywheel (motor frozen or jammed) or b) the battery is weak (not enough power to crank the motor) Turn the dome light on and see if it is bright, see if light diminishes completely when engaging starter (high current drawn by starter). Try to turn engine by pulling the alternator belt with transmission in neutral to see if motor is jammed. Or engage in a high gear and push the car and see if motor turns. If motor is not frozen, jump and boost the battery if you suspect weak battery and see if you have the same problem.

test all fuses? battery dead? not 12.65vdc? or dirty lugs? do head lights work full bright? no spark directly from IGNITION COIL? yes, then check distributor connections. (all of em) no power to coil + , check voltage there and work back.

Check your battery connections for corrosion. Take off the negative and then positive connection to the battery. Clean the posts and terminals. You can use baking soda mixed in hot water to clean them. Be careful not to get the solution near the vent caps. Once clean put the positive terminal on and tighten. Then put on the negative and tighten. Check the battery voltage with a volt meter for more than 12 volts, 12.6 is normal. Try to start the car

battery dead. jumper cable it , and report. fuses blown

theres no speacail way, all you need to do is pack gears with vaseline and install the cover, this is to prime with oil otherwise the oil will never get sucked up.

you have to take apart the steering column and need some special tools for the column to do it lock plate compressor

The speedometer drive and driven gears inside the transmission needs replacing

Can't remember if yours is carbureted...if it is, the filter should be in the line between the pump and carb, or right inside the carb inlet. If it is a mechanical pump, a rusted feed line can cause it to **** air and not allow the fuel to be pumped. An obstructed pickup in the tank can do that as well.

if you are taking about the rack and pinion then you might have a hole in it and you'll probably have to replace it. i don't really trust too many of the stop leak formulas

does the main yellow wire have a fusable link in it, if so it might be blown,
