2002 Hyundai XG350 Error Codes P1191, p1193 & P0446

Error codes P1191/P1193 are a paired code indicating the Electronic Throttle Sensor (ETS) had detected engine RPM's of less than 470, resulting in a potential "limp home" mode. Technical Service Bulletin #06-36-003 identified several differing possible causes, ranging from a faulty ETS -to- loose connectors -to- carbon buildup around the throttle body. Error codes P300/P302/P304 are misfire in cylinders 2 and 3. Have your fuel injection system cleaned out with a machine and replace your spark plugs. Error code P0455 indicates a large fuel vapor leak. This code can be caused by the following things:An actual fuel vapor leak, either through a hose or other damaged vapor system component, or via a loose, incorrectly installed, or missing fuel cap. A stuck closed purge control valve, which, during the self-test, will produce fuel tank pressure readings exactly the same as a vapor leak. A close valve that does not seal properly, allowing air to be sucked into the fuel vapor system during the self-test. Blockage in the line to the fuel tank pressure sensor, causing it to not see variations in tank pressure. That is taken from Michael on fixya. I google the codes and that came up..

My 2004 Xg350 is stuck in limp home mode.

code p1155 refers to electronic throttle system (ETS)- malfunction===causes --wiring--ETS limp home valve code p1193 refers to ETS -limp home valve --on===causes --Low RPM code p0302 refers to cylinder 2 misfire detected===causes--engine mechanical fault--wiring---ignition/ fuel system---injector---ECT/MAF sensor---ECM. Pulling a battery lead to reset is a waste of time as it corrupts the CPU program. Use a code reader to reset . It is quicker and doesn't run the risk of program corruption

Remove door panel on a 2003 xg350 hyundai to replace speakers

The person who said this is very difficult is obviously not a professional installer. This is among the easier door panels to remove. Don't remove the mirror covers, they aren't in the way at all. Don't twist the door panel. Remove the square cover concealing a screw behind the handle, the cover simply lifts out. Don't pry from the top. 99% of door panels remove starting at the bottom. Simply grab near the front below the speaker and pull. You can also use a panel remover if it doesn't easily snap out. Once loose, just tap at the top of the panel near the back of the door while lifting. The panel lifts off easily. Disconnect the plugs (probably hardest part) and remove panel.

I have a 2004 xg350 with 67719 miles 3 codes to replace cam position sensor the ignition sensor the car is acting crazy someone said since previous owner babied it reset my computer how do i do this

If you have a OBD Code reader you can do a clear of the codes. ( if not then go to autozone and ask for them to clear-it's Free) You may also just disconnect your battery for 5 mins and reconnect which may clear the codes. Just clearing codes won't fix the problem if you really have a cam sensor gone bad,(this happens) this can make a car act bad. Both the cam and Crank sensors report to the computer if they feel sick, then the computer stores the codes. IF the Cam Sensor needs replacing it's not so bad to replace BUT the Crank sensor is buried under the timing belt cover and that can take some doing, Either may be by a profession if you are not one. Parts could cost under $50 or so.Labor not bad for the cam BUT much more for The Crank sensor. It's always good to replace the Crank sensor if the timing belt Kit-and water pump is done.
