My 2001 hyundia Tiburon won't start but turns over.

Hi Donna, The most common problems with an engine that will not start are lack of fuel in the tank, water in the fuel, the fuel pump not working or there is no spark for ignition. Realistically, if you know little about engines you need help from a mechanic or someone with knowledge. The only quick try you could apply is to turn on the ignition, then thump the fuel tank with a rubber mallet or your fist. If the pump is stuck, this might jar it into action, but you still need a mechanic to repair or replace the pump, as it is inside the fuel tank. Good luck.

My '03 Tiburon has problems shifting on its' own

the right direction is to have the fault codes read first they will reveal a code that refers to TR sensor , VSS sensor or TCM indicates a problem servo/s or solenoids If the oil has not been changed in the last 60,000miles then that would be a good option to do after the fault codes reading

Engine coolant has turned to a gel and engine overheated

The reason that your anti-freeze is gelling in your rad is that the mixture of anti-freeze and water is too weak. this could be because of old anti-freeze(same as oil,it deteriorates over time, usually 2 to 5 years), or there could just be too much water added. I would suggest a cooling system flush, and re-fill with a new 50/50 mixture of water and anti-freeze.

Change catalytic converter on 2003 tiburon

If you have the V-6, there are actually 3 converters. One on each engine bank and one after the Y pipe

I have a 2005 hyandai tiburon gt/se and I need the oxygen sensor replaced. Where are they located?

Oxygen sensors are usually located in the exhaust system. Assuming yours has the V6 engine you have 4 fitted. They are labelled in the attached photo. cc4771b2-7f66-4619-abbf-247e3ecb0a30-zctotcddnhv02qhda3wgl4kp-5-0.jpeg

Headlight problems

What is the make and model of your vehicle? You need a wiring schematic to troubleshoot. It's possible there is a fuseable link in the wire itself that is bad.

Aftermarket stereo fuse location

Often, aftermarket units will have a separate fuse in the power supply line in the center console or dashboard. To check, pull out the stereo (you may need to buy a couple of cheap "DIN removal tools", though you can sometimes fake it with a couple of small screwdrivers) and examine the wiring. If the fuse did blow, the next question is why, so look for any wires that have come loose and are contacting things they shouldn't.

2003 tiburon gt idles at 3000 rpms runs fine other than that only getting codes for o2 sensors replaced iac valve and tps already and no change i did have new header and exhaust installed with out cat

I'd check first to see if the accelerator cable and bracket are in the correct place. If not mounted properly, this can cause a higher idle. If this is not the problem, find a shop that has the software and computer to adjust the idle speed.

Hyundai Coupe V6 windscreen washer not working

It sounds as if there is a blockage either in the base of the screenwash reservoir or the feed pipe from the reservoir. You could remove the screenwash reservoir tank and clean it out and at the same time check the pipe.

Please remember to rate this solution.

Are you saying you do not have catalytic converters? If yes, then this is the reason you're getting O2 sensor issues.

My 2000 hyundai tiburon alarmed itself and the alarm is sounding. I have no remote control that works.

Put key in ignition, turn all the way forward, but not trying to start. Let alarm cycle 2 times, when it stops the 2nd time, remove key and alarm should be disarmed. This will only work if it is a factory alarm.
