It just snaps on and off

I was driving my car and it shut completely off. No warning lights no engine light it just shut off. It sound like it wants to turn over I replaced the fuel pump it lasts for about a month. It shut off again without no warning while driving. Is there a reset button on a 2009 Sonata or could it be my relay fuse?

it says there is a mechanical error meaning that there is an internal part no longer functioning yo need a radio

If the car is parked on a flat surface, and a potential liquid spill has occured in the gear selector, make sure the car is engaged securely in park.

Hook up a scanner and see what the transmission sensors are saying to get a better idea on what is happening.

I had same problem and my repair shop just replaced a sensor in the tranny. Said it was a defect by Hyundai,but they won't recall it.

It's better to visit service cetner to fix this

. It's entirely possible that a component failed. For instance, if the clutch pressure plate failed, then the clutch pedal will feel very spongy and can cause the car to slip and be very difficult to shift. If it has a dampened flywheel, and that fails, then the car may lose the ability to go anywhere. It will go into gear fine, but will not move forward. Question edited for typos. It is a feature that it is on a timer, to turn off a pre-determined time, but not to turn everything else off. It is either an issue with the Body Control Module or the climate Control Module. You need a good auto-electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer or the dealership with their maker software to scan the system, and find where the issue is.
