i think you need to go back to basics.if here is no obd fault codes in the system to give you a clue. then use a multimeter and have a good look at the wiring for corroded connectors etc. including the fuel pump?

Get a schematic and trace out the power source to those devices not working.

If it's manual transmission then bump start it. You may find that simply putting it in gear and pushing it a little will wake the starter up.

They do sell shims, usually they come with the starter, but you can buy them separately.

You make no mention of any fault code tests, heave you had one yet?

no you need the appropiate code generator ,best advise is to go to the dealer .

Did the battery explode, or leak, do you have power anywhere else? If so you need a new battery. And yes there are other fuses under the hood, normally next to the inside of the fenders.

Need to go to the dealer with your VIN number and proof of ownership if radio is factory installed. If aftermarket you need to contact the manufacturer.

A hum from one tyre, if the same brand as the others, could be from the wheel bearing. If this is loose or worn, it will produce a low hum. You should be able to assess that by jacking up that wheel and shaking it fore and aft and top to bottom, then, take off the wheel and slowly rotate the hub while feeling for roughness. It should feel slick as glass. Then, the wheel may be out of round or have something stuck in the tread. To see that, swap LH and RH front tyres for a bit, but don't leave them like that forever.
