No spark from spark plugs.
Another person had a similar issue with their 2003 Hyundai 1.6L engine. Their fix after looking at many things was that their ECM relay had gone bad. The relay is located in a box under the hood. The box has fuses and relays ... usually there is a legion or map of what is where on the underside of the box cap/lid. The relay is about the size of a one inch cube.
Changing manuel transmission/differential oil
the last time I changed the oil in a manual tranny that is all I had to do, the level in mine was determined by putting an 1/8 bend in a piece of wire, add oil then check to see if you can touch the oil with the wire, when it does it is full enough.

yes, remove the wiper arms and then the plastic panel at the base of the windshield.

there is a vent that allows vapors to escape while we refill our gas tanks. on your car the vent does connect to a vent valve then to a charcoal canister. you would check the vent valve first then the canister for blockage.

Clean the MAF sensor and the IAC valve with MAF cleaner only...change your oil and filter, put correct air in tires and disconnect battery cable....wait 10 minutes, reconnect battery, turn off all accessories, lights, wipers, radio etc...put key in ignition and turn to the on position, BUT do not start...wait 1minute then turn off...turn on again and start car...do not rev, let car idle for 15 minutes, then go for a 20 minute drive. Before you take the car for another test, drive it for approximately 1 hour, both in the city and on the highway so the sensors can readjust....do not race or over rev the car...drive normally....cheers.

Take it into a shop before damage occurs to the cats. Is that really the only code? Sounds like it might be a fuel issue but definitely get it looked at asap, cat damage can be a lot more expensive than some quick maintenance
