How do i replace the clutch cable
I believe your clutch is hydraulic on your Prelude, at least my 91 Prelude is, which means you have a master cylinder and a slave cylinder. Are you sure it's cable operated?

My 1998 honda prelude has no signal to icm
Test or check the crank position sensor. Look for the 5 volt reference signal (your prelude may have a higher reference voltage- I don't know), check that the ground wire is good, then see if you get a signal from the signal wire. See if you can back probe the signal wire with the engine cranking. If the sensor is at fault, the ecu cannot determine spark timing.
Look at a wiring diagram to see if the camshaft position sensor is also part of spark timing.

How to change the third brake light on a 2001 honda prelude
The lens either has a small tab that you release it with or there are screws. It this is on the interior then the finishing cover just snaps on. Use something not metallic if you need to assist in gently prying at it. A screw driver may crack your glass.

Code 1 is pump failure. You can try to "exercise" the pump by engaging the ABS. Do this on an empty road or parking lot. Also changing the fluid in the pump. These might prolong the life of the pump, but most likely it will need to be replaced.

It can be a number of things, check for vacuum leaks at the manifold, fuel filter, pcv valve, iac valv
