First hit the old blower motor while it is on. If it runs, replace it.

Do you mean the gas strut (piston) that holds the hatch open? You can get a replacement at https://www.ebay.com/itm/174080374696. If you mean the hinges on which the door swings, that sounds like a welding job--- they're integral to the vehicle frame.

Should be under the cranshaft pulley.

If it's the clip that holds the wires plug onto the bulb, don't worry about it. It will stay on anyway. Just when you replace that bulb, be real sure you wipe the bulb really well of any oils from your fingers that may be on it. I you don't the bulb won't last very long.

Hook it up to a computer to see what codes pop up. This will tell you whats going going on. possibly its a speed sensor that is on the air intake area. Get a bottle of Lucas Injector cleaner, this helps clean out the injectors and the crud they collect.

In my Honda, with the door ooen I can pull the inside handle, hold it, and hit the lock switch and it will lock all doors including the drivers door.

Very likely, the repair shop botched the repair, and failed to reconnect some kind of connection which is critical to the cruse control. Very typical in repair shops these days! I would take it back and complain!

You may have to replace the air bag unit; it's getting quite old. Also, if it uses a Takata igniter, and it almost certainly does, there is a recall out on many of the older ones. They have a nasty way of absorbing water from the air and then bursting in an accident (steam-enhanced explosion) and throwing shrapnel at the passenger or driver. the red/yellow and red/blue are the power/ground wires to the motor. You should get power on one and ground on the other when you operate the switch. The polarity should reverse when you operate the other direction. The blue wire is a pulsar wire to give motor feedback to the switch.

Swap the front tires to the back and see if this is a possible tired related problem like a tire cord separating

Could be all related but may also want to check each system individually. Door issue could be an internal mechanical problem or electrical wiring. Check wiring that runs along driver door hinge to the switch. You will find a rubber boot and door harness is located inside. Check these and if you find any damaged or broken, repair.

dont remove the steering wheel as likely to interfere with the air bag, the turn signal switch may be connected to the wiper switch so have a good look around the two for any connection

If you have a scan tool that shows sensors, you can clear codes and run your vehicle while checking the operation of your O2 sensors. Then check the specifications and compare. The volume pot is not tracking properly. Try changing it.

fuel filter may be clogged , fuel pump may be weak,
