If the transmission fluid is up to level and red, not burnt, then it is likely due to wear of the clutches and will need to be rebuilt to resolve the issue. There are two fuses that must both be good for the passenger low beam to work. Fuse 4 and fuse 6. If they're good, you should see battery voltage on the red/green wire in the bulb socket.

I show immobilizers where only started in the 1998 accords, if you have a remote starter and they used a key in the box bypass all you need to do is find the box under the dash open it up and use the key

Check your trunk drainage holes for debris and check your door gaskets. If it is the drains, the water can back up and creep through the back. If it is the gaskets it could be coming right under the door and onto the floor.

If the laser head hit the label on the disk, it may be scratched or knocked out of position. You may be able to remove it and check for physical damage but it would probably be better to send the player in for service..
