Is the replacement radio identical to the original? If it is, then were you able to confirm the replacement radio was working?

Remove to see if fuse is not blown ,if ok check radio is connected to car.

These vehicles are notorious for bad climate control modules. There are several companies that will check and rebuild in nessicary.

1 is oil and filter 2 is inspect both engine and cabin filter 3 is replace transmission fluid

Cables may be seized. Take off the rear drums and check the shoes. Lube or replace the cables and readjust the e brake.

With extensive experience in this model I would say check the fluid condition and level. If the transmission fluid is up to level and red, not burnt, then it is likely due to wear of the clutches and will need to be rebuilt to resolve the issue. This is a fuel injector circuit fail code. The injectors need a pulse signal for them to work properly otherwise it'll go into "limp home mode" which limits rpm and the risk of killing your engine. This may mean you need to replace your distributor as it is responsible for sending all the trigger pulses to the coil packs (which probably should be replaced if they're over 10 years old...) and the ECM to time injector pulses. This really is only a guess but might be worth looking at as a starting point - there could be a bad connection or broken wire as well.
