Get the heads repaired or replaced at an engine shop. Also, check for piston damage. Scratched or cracked pistons can be caused when the valves come in contact.

remove head and send to machine shop

check your fuelsystem and fuellines replace the fuelfilter if not already done

get the codes first ,but check the transmission fluid level may be low.

in my DTC book p0200 is a Injector circuit malfunction and p0300 is a Random/Multiple Cylinder misfire so I would check wiring for both and maybe change plugs an wires I think you have broke wire that is shorting out so I would try to clear the codes either with a code reader or by disconnecting the battery for like 15 min and see if/how long it takes to code again after you get the injector wiring checked
