My 2005 Envoy will not go into gear. I can crank my car but the gear shift will not go into gear. It appears to have some type on lock on it.

The shift interlock isn't working. There is a manual override. Read your owner's manual to find out how to operate the manual override so you can at least get to work. Then get it to a shop to get the interlock and gauge repaired.

I have Envoy 2002 XL 4WD Transmission indicator stuck in D

I think the linkage came off the transmission. It is on the left side of the transmission, near the pan. There is a neutral safety switch that is used in that area. That's why the indicator is different than what the transmission is really in. The linkage arm may be worn and/or the shifter cable end is worn and will not stay on the linkage arm.

My ABS light and Service

You need a better scanner to check the wheel speed sensors. The 4wd needs the data from all four sensors. What you can without a scanner is check the resistance of all 4 sensors. If one is different from the others, change it. If not, clean the sensors and check the wiring and connectors.

Premium Bose XM/AM/FM/CD/Radio in 2004

You should be seeing BCM trouble codes (DTCs) for the radio with a code reader. I am assuming you are hearing something (noise) from the speakers with the radio on. If so, you may have lost the programming in the radio - you could try re-flashing it. However, that radio has a number of memory locations that are set whenever the radio is turned on - one or more memory modules in the radio may now be faulty.

2009 GMC Envoy - power door locks, power windows, fuel gauge not working, dome light isn't working

Do you know anything about automotive electronic's ? computer controlled systems ? There is electronic control modules in side the doors of your vehicle that control the operation of the windows an lock's , plus the instrument cluster is a module too . Your vehicle has about 10 different control modules and thet are all hooked on a serial data communication network ,to share info. The fuel tank sending unit in the gas tank is wired to the PCM - engine computer , The PCM sends fuel level info to the gauge in the instrument cluster on this serial data network . Your best bet ,take an have the vehicle checked out by a qualified repair shop . The power door lock system consists of the following components: • Driver Door Module (DDM) • Passenger Door Module (PDM) • Liftgate Module (LGM) • Door lock relay • Door unlock relay • Body Control Module (BCM) • Reversible door lock actuators in each of the doors • LR/RR LOCKS 10A fuse (relay supply voltage) • Door lock switches in driver and passenger doors (switches are integral components to the DDM and PDM) Power Door Lock Operation The power door lock switches are integral components of the DDM and PDM. The switches are two position normally open rocker switches. When placed in either the lock or unlock positions, the switches provide a direct input to the DDM or PDM. The DDM or PDM monitors these inputs and sends a Class 2 message indicating a change in the switch's respective position. Modules which activate the power door lock motors receive the Class 2 message and activate the motor in the appropriate direction to lock or unlock the vehicle's doors and liftgate. The modules which activate the power lock motors are: • DDM (driver door lock actuator). • PDM (passenger front door lock actuator). • BCM (both rear door lock actuators). • LGM (liftgate door lock actuator). The DDM, PDM and LGM are directly connected to the respective door lock actuator through the door lock motor lock and unlock circuits. Once a door lock or unlock request has been received, the module will supply battery voltage to one side of the actuator and ground the other causing the doors to lock or unlock. The modules probably have DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes stored , these would point a auto tech in a positive diagnostic direction .

Tranny slips when warm, runs fine cold, why?

That's a sign of hardened seals. They're stiff and leak when cold and soften and seal better as they warm up When did you change fluid last? You can try a fluid flush and a bottle of Lubeguard supplement. But really, start saving for a transmission rebuild.

My 2005 GMC Envoy was

Pick up a “Mighty Jump” emergency jump starter that plugs into a cigarette lighter port in your car, or a similar product to give you enough power to hopefully start the car to move it and charge the battery.

Wont reverse?

Yes. You broke a circular tightening panel within the gear box, the part itself is cheap but getting to it is a lot of work so its quite costly. Nothing you can fix urself unfortunately.

Kindly state your MAKE and MODEL when asking for help with regards to your product or item.
