Several Suggestions,1 the wiring on the back of the Instrument panel, corrosion found on many early focuses to circuitry on binnicles, another is the sensor on the back of the gear box,not easily accesable but under £30 for part if fit self, nearer £140 and no guarentee at Garage! Hi.
I have a ford mondeo
if you have a multi meter check the cable, put one end of the meter on the relay or the fuse and other end with a needle and poke the needle in the wire going along testing it at different pinpoints and see if you get a feed, the wiring can become brittle over time, also if your model has lighting control module, ie bulb out technology it can be this as it can turn off power to the light. its like canbus tests for a bulb, if this has failed it can stop power to wiring. some models were fitted with this.
My 2000 Falcon Forte Au
Your car probably uses a CAN-bus system where almost every function is subject to computer decisions.
A low battery can cause strange things to happen.
1999 1.4 Ford Fiesta: When
Hi There.
sounds like your release bearing has either collapsed or seized, either way you will have to drop the gear box and check it out... should'nt be a problem on a 1999 fiesta. just be careful not to pop a drive shaft and lose the transmission fluic on the floor.
Good Luck

A 99% bet is that the heater coil is leaking. It is located in the dash on the firewall-passenger side.

2001 f150 4,6l motor replaced right side timeing chain car bearllyruns could this be caused by putting the crank shaft sensor in backwords
the camshaft keys should be positioned downwards at 90 degrees to the head surface(Gasket surface) This will place the timing marks on the sprocket in the 1o'clock position upwards. The black link on the chain will be aligned with the 2 dots on the sprocket. This applies to both heads. the crankshaft sprocket will be facing down and the black link will be on the single dot. The crankshaft keyway will be located at approx. the 11 o'clock position.
If this sounds a bit daunting then get a workshop manual as it explains the process well. The book says not to turn the camshafts /crankshaft with the chains removed and I suspect that if this is not adhered to then bent valves will result.

What is a 2013 Ford Flex wrench light?
You will need to have the ODB error codes read out, either at your local auto parts store or a mechanic's shop. The error codes will give some idea of what the issue is by indicating which sensors are out of parameter.
The "wrench" is equivalent to a CHECK ENGINE light.
