I would say replace ignition coil, that might me the problem, otherwise it can be the ecu, which might have some electrical problems not allowing the car to stay running. Good luck.

There's a website that has all this information about all this and manuals everything totally free there are many actually but I personally like few .. let me know if u need help thanks

Turn it upside down and depress the fill port to let the air out then refill it with butane and try it another common thing is the igniter point gets pushed in and is too close to the manifold where the fuel comes through and where the flame starts at.

I would check for a missing vacuum pipe.

only hacker that made any ABS hacking kit can answer that.. only them. i can not imagine any 1991 ABS modulator that old not rusted up inside. the cure is known , only the price is at odds. (sans risks sure)

Are the wires still in the actual distributor cap? If they are simply swap them over ONE AT A TIME! The firing order is the standard 1-3-4-2, Number 1 cylinder is the one nearest the engine belts and pullys. First take a careful look at the actual distributor cap. Some manufacturers mark the position of the number One terminal on the cap. The issue you may have if there are no wires fitted is the distributor's direction of rotation. Some manufacturers use a clockwise rotation and others use an Anti-clockwise rotation. A method to figure out both is to turn the engine clockwise By Hand through 2 to 3 full turns to line up the timing marks to Top Dead Centre. I've done this with the cap removed to see which way the rotor arm spins. This should line the rotor arm up to terminal One for cylinder One.

Follow the fuel lines from where you disconnected it back to the fuel tank if possible and the fuel pump will on the lines somewhere in between if it's not in the tank as you said.

Sometimes the wiper linkage seizes and sometimes a worn link will become detached, leaving the motor running but the wipers unmoving. It is very rare a wiper motor breaks but the switching for the self parking wears out. Other than checking multiway connectors haven't worked loose there is little you can do without checking the supply, ground and switch and that is made much easier when there is a wiring diagram.
