Is it the sounds of bacon and egg cooking in a skillet, wet French fries dropped in hot oil or the sounds of cooking soup boiling. Details matters and sounds are very subjective. Let me know, I am a qualified chef, as well a a car expert.

Error code P0128 indicates that your engine coolant temperature is below the thermostat regulating temperature. This means that your Engine Control Module (ECM) or Powertrain Control Module (PCM) has recognized that your engine is running cooler than it's supposed to.

Fortunately it is not likely to be the valve lifters and cams don't fail.
It is likely to be one of three things.
Coil packs failing.
Spark plugs need cleaning and gapping.
An electronic sensor.
The only way to diagnose is to get a local auto electrician to connect a professional grade scan tool computer to it and check for Diagnostic Trouble Codes and test all the sensors.

When you did all this work, did you disconnect the battery?
Did you reset the security system and engine immobilizer?
Is the anti-theft light flashing, flashing fast or on steady?

I had similar problem with Durango and replaced the "brain" with a refurbished PCM -- google for reburbished PCMs and call the Florida Company and ask they guys there what they think. My fix was < $300.00 by replacing the brain.

The problem here is the wiring harness where it travels from the door into the door frame. Constant opening and closing of the driver's door bends the wires back and forth until they work harden and snap. This issue ONLY happens on the driver door.
Once you get inside there, you can check with a multimeter and replace that wire.
