Broken front wheel stud 2003 grand caravan
jack up vehicle, remove tire. knock out old stud with a hammer and punch. put new stud in from back if need be. to draw it up tight.use a lug nut with something under it so when you tighten the nut it brings the stud into position. remove the nut you put on. and replace the tire. good-day! if the brakes and rotor are in the way. you will have to remove them to replace the wheel stud.

Cruise control lever got knocked out of socket
Put it back in socket. Cruise lite comes on dash but cruise wont set now on vehicle
You probably don't still have the vehicle but for anyone else....that physical snap in point unfortunately has nothing to do with the wires. This happened to mine as my wife thought it was the tilt lever and literally pulled it right out. The wires in the cruise switch lever are broken. It's an easy fix. You have to buy a new switch on amazon or the like, and replace it. You undo 2 screws on the back of the steering wheel and remove the airbag/horn pad. This exposes the inside of the wheel where you can easily see the inner end of that switch, how it's plugged in and the screws that hold it in place I forget exactly but maybe the trim piece on the front of the wheel also has to come off. I think it snaps on but don't quote me. very easy job.
Where i can found the ac filter
AIR FILTER
DESCRIPTION
A dust and odor air filter is standard equipment on
models equipped with the three zone temperature
control systems. The filter element is the
same size as the front air conditioner evaporator to
ensure ample filtering capacity. A removable door on
the bottom of the front HVAC housing below the
glove box provides easy access to the filter element
for replacement. The filter should be checked and
replaced at least once every 24,000 km (15,000 miles)
and checked if heater-A/C system performance seems
lower than expected.
REMOVAL
(1) Locate the air filter door on the bottom of the
lower HVAC housing just outboard of the passenger
side of the instrument panel center stack.
(2) Slide the air filter door latch toward the rear of
the vehicle until it engages the opened stop on the
door.
(3) Pull the air filter door straight downward to
disengage it from the air filter opening of the lower
HVAC housing.
(4) Use your fingers to reach through the air filter
opening of the lower HVAC housing far enough to
grasp the air filter.
(5) Pull the air filter straight down and out of the
HVAC housing.
INSTALLATION
(1) Note the “Airflow” directional arrow imprinted
on the foam seal around the frame of the air filter.
This arrow should always be oriented towards the
center of the vehicle.
(2) With the air filter “Airflow” arrow properly oriented,
carefully slide the filter fully upward into the
HVAC housing through the air filter opening.
(3) With the latch still positioned against its
opened stop, reinstall the air filter door onto the
lower HVAC housing air filter opening.
(4) Slide the air filter door latch toward the front
of the vehicle until it hits the closed stop on the door.
Good luck
Will radiator from 1994 Plymouth voyager fit in 1999 dodge caravan 3.3 6cyl
I don't know whether it will fit or not - just wanted to mention how two radiators that seem identical can have a completely different cooling capability due to the number and size of the tubes carrying the coolant through the centre of the core, also variable is the number of gills per inch.
Even if two radiators will interchange from one type of vehicle to another and both have the same engine, a vehicle with a reduced airflow through the radiator due to body design could need a radiator with an extra row of tubes.
Looking for interchangeability means looking very closely and preferably starting with a parts catalogue to check for identical part numbers...
Make the wrong choice and there could be overheating problems next summer.
The map light in our 2002 dodge caravan burned out
If it's like mine, the clear lens "rocks" on two pins to turn the light on and off. Two integrated clips on the white lens attach to the pins.
On the outboard side of the rocker switch/lens is a small slot for a screwdriver slot. You can see it if you use a really bright flashlight (LED or Surefire style.) CAREFULLY slip a blade in there and pry the lens off the pins that it rocks on. There is a pin on each side, and the lens has a clip on each side.
There is a plastic positioning "tongue" on the forward part of the lens that slides out as you ease the lens out of position. So don't just yank that critter out.
The guys at Auto Zone said the goofy bulb under there is propriety to Chrysler, so you'll have to get a new one from a dealer, apparently.
Mine was just scorched a bit, and turning it slightly had it working again. Then I carefully put the lens back in.
I would post a pic that would make this entirely self-explanatory, but they won't let me.
Bulb is #578 and i got it at advance auto parts for $4. auto zone doesn't stock it

05 dodge caravan fuel pump is good but will not
When you say that the fuel pump is good, do you mean that you did a pressure test on it and it was in specs or do you mean that it energizes? If it does engergize then I would do a pressure test on it to make sure that it has the strength to pump fuel from the fuel tank up to the engine.
2001 dodge caravan. Changed engine. Ran a few
defective catalytic convertor. It may be plugged up.Make sure ALL the exhaust line from intake manifold(at engine block) to final exhaust pipe are not clogged up.You have reverse exhaust pressure going back towards engine manifold.
