Have you changed your fuel filter? Might have your exhaust flow tested.

Dodge Caravan... | Answered on Mar 26, 2019

You Changed a lot of parts but did not say weather or not the engine is firing or not. if its not, Take an extra spark plug. pull one of the wires from a cylinder and put the plug in it. lay it on the engine block or frame so the plug is touching metal. have someone crank the engine over and see if the plug has spark. This is the easy way if you don't have a tester. MAKE SURE you are NOT touching the plug or wire while cranking the engine over or it will give you one heck of a Shock.

These vehicles are notorious for having shared ground wires that crack or rot and give poor connection to the PCM (power control module)or one of its sensors.

You talking about asd relay? The relay itself might not be the problem? Underhood fuse box. I did look at wiring diagram for generator.

All depends on what your issue is. One thing to remember, many of the components operate on resistance. And a vehicle that is 23 years old is bound to have some corrosion in circuits and switches. You might not have a BCM issue, you possibly have a corrosion issue.

It's the P1282 that may cause a no start, the computer is detecting a problem with the fuel pump relay circuit.Look for corrosion on wiring and relay terminals.
