Bleeding abs 1993 chevrolet p/u, brakes are not
Did you bench bleed the MC before installing it? If not, that's the problem. MUST be bench bled or you'll always have air. If brakes lights are on, the brake switch is out of adjustment OR (since you replaced the MC), the push rod is out of adjustment
My 1994 C1500 headlights will
Without testing the electrical circuit's for the headlamps we'd only be guessing . Looking at wiring diagrams an testing the circuit's with a DMM - digital multi- meter is the way to find the problem , not just replacing part's . Sound's like you know nothing of automotive electrical system's ,an testing . Suggest you take your vehicle to a qualified repair shop.

If it has a Mass Airflow sensor unplug it and see how it runs. If it smoothes out that is the problem. I would also check for vacuum leaks the base of the throttle body is suspect, usually bad gasket

You have to adjust the sifter rod that's in the engine compartment next the steering column .
Passenger headlight dim /only on low beam
Depends on just how dim it is. If not too dim, I would first make sure the bulb is the same brand/model you have installed on the other side. It is very unlikely it's a problem with the dimmer switch, but may be a problem with the headlight relay or connector pins at the headlight.
Only getting cold air they heater.
Sounds like possibly the blend door is broken inside the heater box, I would double check and make sure the coolant level is full, if it is I would take the actuator off on the blend door and try and move it by hand and see if it changes
