Touch the negative and positive leads together for 30 seconds. Reconnect the positive lead, reconnect the negative lead. Make sure the key is in the ignition but not turned on. You may have to reset the alarm if it has one. You may need to input the radio code.

I really need to know what size engine you have in your Beretta as well as how many gears are on the shifter as in low one low two Drive with a circle around it or one two three drive with a circle around it sounds to me like a torque converter pressure switch when vehicle is shifting into overdrive switch is not operating correctly releasing pressure from torque converter causing vehicle not to have enough counterweight for transmission until vehicle slows down and then will operate again shifting through gears until the Overdrive goes to kick in send more info

The crank trigger or the DIS module are common problems. Most national parts stores have the capability of checking the DIS module.

First I would get those brakes looked at. There are generally little wire wear switches in the brake pads. When they wear the wire off, it trips the computer something is wrong. Heavens can only guess what else it does in the ECU mind. So fix that first and then see if problem goes away.

you have air in line there is a bleeder valve on fuel rail you may need to cycle key a couple times to get all air out

Sounds like a oxygen sensor or a map or maf sensor to me. Get the codes pulled and see what they tell you.most parts stores can get your codes for you.

If the car stops running, it sounds like a faulty device in the main 12v feed from the battery to the main fuse block (including ignition), which is abnormally going open under usual loads. Have it checked for DTC'S diagnostic trouble codes . Auto zone , advance , O riles etc... will check for free . Then if your not familiar with electroniclly controlled automotive systems , take it to a qualified repair shop .

I need the model year? It is possible your owners manual may give location of horn fuse and relay, depending on your model year. The horn itself is usually at the front of vehicle.

Ground problem. Check the battery cables and clean them. Make sure you have a battery to body ground and an engine to body ground.
