Where is the fuse panel on a 2005 Cadillac CTS 4-door sedan to make the horn work? Will the relay switch make the horn not work?
A number of things could cause horns not to work , a faulty clock spring inside the top of the steering coulmn , other things not working like button controls on the steering wheel a lit air bag light on the instrument cluster would also point to the clock spring as the problem . The relay could be bad ,as could a wiring issue or the horns them self mite be bad . Guessing as to the problem is not a good way to go about a repair . Viewing a factory wiring diagram for the horn electrical circuit an then testing with a test light or a DVOM - digital volt ohmmeter is the correct way .

Where is the pcv valve in a 2003 cts cadillac located
The pcv valve is at the rear of the engine on the passenger side down behind the valve covers. It's a $200.+ item that I could only find through NAPA. Other places show it but no go. It's an aluminum part nothing like the old pcv valves. It has 4 bolts that fastens it to the block.
It is a royal pain to change.
There are hoses running from it up to the plastic pieces on top of the plenum running forward. Those parts get clogged too.
I'm changing mine now and hope it cures the quart of oil every 200 mi. This is what I have read is the problem.

I have a 2007 Cadillac CTS. When I turn on the car, there is a ticking noise for a minute which seems to come from the air vents on dashboard (not certain). Anybody know what this is?
It's possible that the ventilation system is fine, check your coolant level - radiator and reservoir, if they're o.k. try starting it (from cold) with no A/C, heat or fans going. If you still hear it, it may not be the vent system. Next, start again (from cold) with the heat and fan speed on high, and again, after cooling, with the A/C on high / max. If one of them is much worse, or much quieter, then you've narrowed the search drastically. Also, get someone else to start it while you listen to the car outside (pop the hood, stay clear of moving parts), try to pinpoint the noise using echolocation. the only other thing I would suggest is that you have a mechanic check the pressure of your A/C system, a small leak could lower the pressure enough to make the noise. Hope this helps, good luck.
