no info generic answer had actuator failed was it the blend or mode one is there heat coming into the heater core [feel the heater lines ] why looking at bcm are you having other electrical issues have you checked the control with a meter --fuses relays and connections

which ever computer was changed was it flashed to your vehicle ---was the security problem before or after you throwing parts in --if before you mostly have a key or ignition problem if after---- improper install or caused a problem with the wiring or component [s]

I assume the solution is the same in a CTS as a CTS-V. Remove the plastic molding facing the rear. There are four plastic screws, Unscrew and lift the spare tire cover. Unscrew plastic screws on carpet covering quarter panels pull back for room to work. Each light assembly has two nuts, remove these and assembly will slide out for easy replacement. Since both lights stopped at once, the fuse may be the issue. The fuse box is under the rear seat cushion, behind the driver. Pull the seat up and forward. Pull levers out on each side of fuse box cover and lift. The diagram is inside the fuse box cover. It'll take a 15V. Note: Please take care in replacing and seat and proper seat belt placement. While you're in the backseat, check all the fuses, there's a second fusebox on the passenger side. Also, check floor behind driver's seat for wetness and water. That could cause a short as well. First off..Do you have the High Pressure direct injection 3.6 LLT engine or basic 3.6 Engine ? Yes the upper Plenium has to come off, but you will have to probably pull your wipers off, and the 7mm screws that hold the cowl beauty panel on and then there is enough cleareance to remove the plenium, disconnect throttle body snorkel tube at throttle body, remove 10mm bolt at brkt drivers side of throttlebody (ball stud) if I remember right, then there are 13mm bolts at back besides the obvious ones you can see and carefully lift it up off engine, thenyou can get to rails for the injectors, to bleed off 3.6 low pressure fuel system pull fuel pump fuse in trunk fuse box and start it let it run out of gas, then bleed Schrader valve too on rail, if you have a high pressure direct injection llt engine let me know, will describe procedure to you

was tcm flashed/programmed to your vehicle

Sounds like the problem is in the ignition switch - I would have another chat with that dealer.

check cat converter or for exhaust leak --https://www.obd-codes.com/p013a -- as to coolant temp --sensor may be failing and the overheating temp is keeping the a/c from running or may have popped a fuse

Hello. It seems the starter itself is wore out. The solenoid powers the motor but is not 'kicking out' the pinion gear to engage the flywheel; not like it should anyway. The 'whirring' sound is the starter; the 'grinding' sound are the starter and flywheel teeth not 'meshing' right. Remove and replace the starter. Good luck and keep me informed; if you want to.

The main fuse box for your CTS is located under the hood. Very strange. You need a professional with a high level scan tool that can collect freeze frame data, to find out what is going on when this happens. It sounds a bit like it is going into Limp Mode, but it shouldn't shut off.

These cars are silly....what happened to Cadillac.....jeez....it's a damn shame....all the cts's are just **** it seems....I think all of them are here in the forums being diagnosed....cause dealerships are crooks....the world needs a *******....I think it's getting one too....lol

Did you check the fuse.

Same as any other plug gap; 25thou or 0.6mm

The fuel filter is located inside the fuel tank and is normally service with the fuel pump.

There no starter fuse for the starter itself but there fuses for the ignition normaly with a tester oe side to ground any metal part of the car the other end check each side of the fuses

If you want to damage the aluminium pistons, head and other parts, the air inlet box is a good place to start.

I don't know why you would need to know this, but I can't find the information online. If I were you, I would remove the valve cover and starting from TDC I would rotate the crankshaft until I see which valves are being shut next. That will no doubt be either cylinder 2 or 3 and will tell you the next cylinder in the firing order. Some 3 cylinder engines use 123 and some 132 as their firing order, but all start with cylinder 1 at TDC.
