Friend, you've changed everything but the right thing. The temperature sending unit. It tells the computer to go into cold start mode to start the engine by putting more fuel into the engine. If this sensor is erratic, sometimes don't work, it will cause a hard start situation if not in cold start mode. Dealer cant find this because it's a manual thing and may not be showing up on his tester.

They sold you a turn-indicator relay!!!! (Sorry- sick joke) ;) The ticking noise you hear will be the relay contacts repeatedly closing and opening, like somebody flicking the lights on and off. This should not happen. Have somebody check your on-board computer and wiring. Does this help you?

It's probably the door strike switch. If that switch isn't engaged or is malfunctioning, it will immediately unlock the doors as a fail safe. Check that first I'd say.

This just MIGHT help. I hope so. German cars usually have one item on the route of the serpentine belt that is adjustable. Traditionally, the way this is adjusted is with a long threaded shaft like a screw, and on that shaft is a lock device to lock the adjustment of the adjusted accessory. Many times, it is the alternator that is adjustable. You would loosen the locking clamp, then turn the nuts on the threaded rod, and as you move the part (alternator, for example) towards the engine, the belt will loosen. Replace the belt and then tighten the nuts and tighten the lock. God bless your efforts.

probably a bad air/flow sensor, try to clean it with sensor cleaner, its by the air intake filter box. if not clean the throttle body really good. pls vote.

Buy a electrical troubleshooting booklet, try and find one on eBay used.

Elizabeth, it happened with me as well. I thought it was not working but in reality I was just not doing the procedure right. That button is only used to connect a bluetooth device. You have to keep pressed for 3 seconds and then turn ignition on if i am not mistaken, but the exact procedure is in the car booklets. If you want i can check it for you. All the best, Sandor

could be heating control valve ( not cheap ) or could be air in the system.

Change your fuel filter and check the fuel pressure at the fuel rail.

there is sensors in your boot and on under the flap that hides the roof if one of them is faulty you come stuck. the sensors are there so you dont try and drop the roof why the boot is open

check for trouble codes and have the fuel pressure tested.

Most likely the contacts on the ignition switch are worn out .you will find this at the end of the ignition barrel .
