Grounding faults (poor or missing ground from engine to frame/ battery to frame) would be the first thing I would check. Use an Ohm meter to check to see if you have solid grounds to all the critical points. A bad ground will make your electronics go nuts.

this sounds like a coolant flow problem. possible rad plugged or water pump problem.

The relay box is usually next to the battery in a black rectangle box. Good luck.

Inset key into door and turn until key goes tight. Then lift exterior door handle and force key round further...lock will open

Check your fuses which is the most likely cause.

if seat does down but not up it will be the switch. if not to sure. with the engine off. and at night with the lights on flick the switch should see the lights go dim.then bright again when the switch is not pressed.

In nearly all cars AT fluid is added down the dipstick tube.

Remove your trunk mat and spare tyre. You can access fuel pump through plate in the trunk. Don't need to drop tank. Check fuses and relays first.

Sounds like a dead battery, as in time to replace it.
