BMW 3 Series - Recent Questions, Troubleshooting & Support

I don't get the triangle. 2011 328xi. When I push the BC switch, I can only see time, oil change, service control. Nothing else. The garage told me that I have many warning codes. Any ideas?

When
Key batteries completely discharged. Key batteries not replaced within 60 seconds. Key added or replaced. DO NOT press remote control buttons during battery replacement.

Unlock vehicle. Enter vehicle. Close driver's door. Switch ignition ON and OFF. Remove ignition key. Press and hold unlock button Fig. 1 [1]. Hi Air flow sensor could be a problem. Every time EML comes on the car computer will put the system into limp mode. To avoid any further damage to the engine. once switch off, isolated and re-start will re-run the program and clear it temporary. Ideally you need to get the car plugged in to a Diagnostic computer and see what fault code are stored. Thanks

Fist get an owners manual. It will have most of the lights ID'd. Also Haynes manuals are pretty good. You can download them online at Haynes.com . The gold standard is the manual by Bently publishers. I found it helps to have both the Haynes and the Bentley manuals.

Sounds like your battery is weak. BMW's don behave like other cars when the battery is weak. The BMW will prevent the starter from engaging, but leaves power to the interior.

It's actually a message. It will say "Low coolant level" or "Check coolant level" . Hard to miss. Anyway, the sensor is in and part of the coolant reservoir. If the sensor isn't working, you need to replace the reservoir.

Check if happening at specific settings on the fan. Fans use resisters to slow down their speed. Typically the lowest setting will mess up before the highest. If coming a going means you change the speed and it goes away. If it doesn't matter what speed, there is probably something in your vents. Do you park outside? Mice love getting into warm cars on cold nights, and build nests... a nice comfy place can be in vents... start by replacing battery in key fob

check the fuel regulator valve it may that solve your problem.
