The engine is tapping and exhaust smokes
If the smoke is blue, then the cause is likely to be wear in the piston rings,or wear in the valve seals. The noise if its light tapping its likely to be from the camshaft or tappets. If its a more heavy sound its likely to come from lower part of the engine either crankshaft or pistons ,a good mechanic will soon tell you. These problems are normally seen in high mileage vehicles and its likely you will have to do a major overhaul or replace this engine.I hope this was of some use.
Bmw e36 door closed (will not open from inside or outside)
there should be 2 metal rods , one pulls one push's , open and close , i would try spraying some lubricatant , wd40 , into the lock mechanism to see if that will free off the connections for these rods and just try to gently push and pull until get some movement , have you tried to open door with the key in the door lock and turned to open at the same time as pulling on handle ,hope this is of some help

I need to reset my radio after a battery change
Hi there, it may be that the battery code is written down somewhere. If you have any documentation with the vehicle check there. I mean the original documentation.
Tiy can always contact a previous owner to see if they might have a record of it
If this is not an option visit the link below....there are several places/sites that offer the same service.
Good Luck
What causes high idling and idle surges
That is most commonly caused by a vacuum leak, but can also be caused by a cam or crank sensor, throttle position sensor, map or maf sensor,
if you have a check engine light on, that most likely will tell you your problem, if not, check all your vacuum hoses, brake booster, and egr valve, they are the most common places to find vacuum leaks
