hi elaine The easiest place to find the VIN on your vehicle is right on the lower left corner of your dashboard. You should be able to read the number by looking through your windshield on the driver's side of your car. Check the driver's side door. The VIN might also belocated in the driver's side doorjamb or on the doorpost. I hope these pictures will help you.

Here's the reset combination for Audi MMI 2G:

check the body control module is functioning okay, ask an auto electrician to check it for you...not a mechanic

check the conections on the lomb clean the inside of the bulb holder might be a loose wire or conection if light still on the computer in the car is saying that there is a bulb blown if all else fails disconect the battery for half an hour if its still on pass might need reseting

no there is no way to service or repair your shock absorbers, tho it's a pretty straight forward job if you can find the parts yourself
