Aston Martin Rapide battery has died and can't open the doors
When the battery goes flat on a rapide the windows are up. The doors are frameless so the windows are located in the seals in the door aperture. You cannot open the doors and you cannot open the boot. Look through the front grille towards the radiator with a torch and you will see the bonnet release cable outer sheath. If you pull the outer sheath it will put enough tension on the cable to release the bonnet catch. With the bonnet open you can charge the battery. Negative clip on the alternator casing and positive clip on the central charging stud.
2003 db7 door handle not working
You can switch the door handles. Usually there is a plastic knob that's broken but there is one more on the other side that's not used. By switching sides on the handles you can install the unused knob instead. However you need to remove the door panels.

The message centre on my 2009 Aston Martin DB9 is not working. No mileage or other information displayed. Any idea which fuse is involved?
The message center receives power from several fuses, so it may not be a single fuse that is causing the issue. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
- Check the owner's manual: The owner's manual will have a diagram of the fuse box and provide information on which fuses correspond to which components. This will help you locate the fuse(s) that power the message center.
- Check the fuses: Remove each fuse one at a time and inspect them visually for any signs of damage or blown filaments. Replace any blown fuses with new ones.
- Test the fuses: If all the fuses appear to be intact, you can test them with a multimeter to check for continuity. Place the multimeter probes on each end of the fuse and check for a reading. If there is no reading, the fuse may be faulty and need to be replaced.
- Check for other issues: If the fuses are all intact and working properly, there may be another issue with the message center or the wiring leading to it. It's recommended to take your car to a qualified mechanic or dealership for diagnosis and repair.
