For major, weird electrical issues like that, you need an auto electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer and the skill to use it. Sounds like communication issues with the BCM.

There is no "misfire" sensor.

The computer calculates misfires based on the known RPM of the engine and how long it should take for the crank sensor to produce its signal after a cylinder fires. If it is slower than expected the computer recognizes that the cylinder did not fire and if severe enough finally turns on the check engine light and/or causes it to flash. First you have to find the reason the the fuse burnt. When the battery went flat, the anti-theft system was disconnected. Even if the battery is low in voltage, it will cause issues. You need an auto-electrician.

It's located toward the front just a tad right of the center. Should be a yellow end on the tranny dip stick. I just changed my tranny fluid, tranny filter and 3rd and 4th pressure switches on my 04 Acura TL. Oh...and new rotors. I'm a woman as well.

From there you will see what could stay on,

First check to see if there is freon in the system using a/c gauges. It may just need a recharge.

Recharging yourself is not a good idea. The system needs EXACTLY the right amount of refrigerant gas by WEIGHT. If you have gauges, you have half a chance if you know the correct low side pressure and the correct high side pressure. Without gauges, you are guessing and most people add too much gas. Over-gassing locks up the compressor, not enough and it doesn't work.

Acura's and honda door handles are a little tricky to do.
make sure the window is all the way up.Then
1. u must remove the inside door panel.
next there is a plug on the inside edge of the door . remove this plug.
2. there is a 10mm bolt that hold the door handle on.
on some honda's and acura's door there will be a latch connecting rod. you will need a small tipped screw driver to remove this.
3. next there will be a 10mm bolt connecting the handle to the door inside. remove this bolt.
once the bolts carefully lift the handle upwards to remove the handle from the outside of the door.
At this point u can remove the door latch and other items that u wish to replace.
To install.. reverse this procedure.
Note.. is some cases there will be connecting wires to the handle and door latch itself. they must be disconnected prior to removeing and other components. Its a pain to do, but if u do not do this the connections could break and it is even harder to repair.
Take your time and don't force the parts apart. they are only plastic

sensor 2 is always downstream of the Cat. Which 02 sensor is bank 1 sensor 2? Bank 1 Sensor 1 is the first sensor closest to the engine. On Bank 1 means it is at the engine side with cylinders 1, 3, 5, 7, etc. Bank 1 Sensor 2 is the second sensor on the engine's exhaust pipe, usually behind the catalytic converter.
