A 6 amp draw would be enough to drain the battery overnight. are you sure its not lower?
The easiest way to find a draw is to start removing fuses one at a time until the draw goes away making sure to replace the fuse before moving onto the next so you don't end up with a pile of fuses that you don't know where they go. Once you have narrowed down the fuse that eliminates the draw you can then start to focus on all the devices that circuit powers up.
Typically you would want to see a draw of less than .050 amps and in your situation you should see less that .030 amps or even less after the draw is gone.
Post back after your find out what fuse eliminates the draw and I'll do my best to get you some more info on that circuit.

Hi, I have been struggling with this problem for a few weeks and finally found the problem. History: the radio has been acking wonky and the radio power / volume button does not control the radio properly i.e. when you push the power button, the radio comes on but attempting to adjust the volume, changes the fade, balance and bass controls and furhter turning the volume, shuts the radio off. After a few dead battery mornings and recharges, I noticed that with the charger connected and the radio off, I coudl hear the unfiltered ower sound coming through the speakers. I pulled the radio / amplifier fuse and bingo, no more drain. I am reluctant to get a used radio from the wrecker as I dont know if it was the radio or the amp as the root cause.
