I have an Electric Razor ATV that I am having issues with. It is showing fully charged but will not go. I have checked the fuses, put a new throttle and computer module in it. I am showing 20 amps to the rear motor. I have lifted the back and tires turn about 1 inch and then stop. There is no grinding or noise at all. Any info or other trouble shooting ideas would be great. Thanks

This is not a gasoline operated right? So the problem may lies beneath the control panel or motor it self.

SOURCE: I have similar problems with my razor mx350.

sounds like the CDI box is shot. This should be located either under the seat or the left rear side of the fuel tank if memory serve me correct.Fairly cheap part 20- 25 bucks.

I have an electric Razor Dirt Quad. It ran perfectly until it rained, now nothing. I replaced the control module and batteries. It turns on but 'low power' light flashes and it does not run what next?

Question edited for clarity.
Question moved from Cars and Trucks.

Get out your multimeter and check the TOTAL voltage. You should have 24 volts or 36 volts depending on model. If you don't, take them all of and charge each one on a car charger set at 2 amps. Clean all the battery connectors with a wire brush and also the connectors. Smear them with Vaseline. Also make sure you have the batteries wired in correctly. If don incorrectly, you may be running on 12 volts!

I have an electric razor quad, how do I know if the batteries are good or bad,I just purchased a new charger to try that.If that does not work any suggestions.

the charger probably has a meter on it, you can check voltages with it. remember that the battery connectors must be tight, but don't break them.

Quad is charged but on switch does not turn it on

Check the ignition switch it self. Or the starter relay, it may need replacement.
