sounds like you over heated the engine pull toooo heavy load.
if your lucky when it cool down it will run again. before it stopped
running did the engine sound funny like pinging or a "rattling" and
smoking?

What could be wrong with a 2005 Honda rancher 350 when it wont start


could be any number of thing but check the kill switch first then check if you have spark . it take fuel, spark and air to fire .all at the proper time of course

I have a 2004 Honda Rancher 350 es,just installed a new carb and it still leaks fuel from the overflow hose.Any Ideas?


fuel overflow from the carb is usually caused by dirty or incorrectly adjusted floats and float needle.

2002 rancher 350 es wont shift and will shift manualy


sounds like one of your solenoid in the valve body is bad, if you.are able to shift it.by yourself, then it could be a.solenoid, but also.check your transmission fluid to make sure its full, check when transmission fluid is hot, either in park or neutral, your owners manual will tell you which.way to check it, sometimes on the.dipstick it will say how to.check it to.

2008 honda rancher will not shift dash shows a blinking line or dash


the rancher will shift is u put a braker bar on the shiter to manal shift it... i had the same problem but there is a soilinod that needs to be clean or replaced its a constient problem with honda

2005 rancher won't idle. Installed new carb, but it won't stay running or idle


there must be some adjustments on the new carb that you are not aware of, did the new carb come with some instructions or some kind of schematic or diagram?

Replace starter on honda rancher 2005 4x4


Disconnect the battery. Take out the air box. The starter is under the air box and is bolted on with three bolts.
