Find the main fuse and check it. It's either got a corroded connection or it is 'blown'. If the fuse turns out to be okay - then check for battery voltage at the fuse (between the fuse and the chassis) with the key turned on. No voltage at the fuse means you've got a faulty ignition switch, a bad harness ground connection - or other harness connection(s) that are corroded or unpluged.

Just because it's new, doesn't mean it works.
This is why cars get recalled.
The iron-clan test of a non-working solenoid is to cross the relay terminals. If you do and it starts.. it's bad.
Take it back. you purchased a dud. It happens.

the blower motor is located behind and under the glove box. its held to the blower housing by three screws. remove the three screws and the motor will slide down and towards you. to test the motor. apply power to the yelllow/black wire and ground to the blue/red wire. the motor should run. if not you prob have a faulty power resistor.

I have a 85 trx 125 it ran great, parked it then the kids went to start it and it wouldn't start. I checked for spark, has it but seems weak to me, changed plug and still same problem. Any ideas? Coil?
