Fuel starvation (supply or wrong carb or tune) and/or insufficient or poor quality spark.
Make sure the air filter is clean and only test with it connected as it sometimes makes a lot of difference. It could be worth checking the exhaust for blockages.
There is no drain plug for the coolant, you need to remove the lower radiator hose at the radiator to drain the coolant. Make sure you purge the air out of the system after the change.
The spark plug is on the left side (shifter) of the head,,..?/ this is August.. if the atv has been sitting the carb may need a qualified professional to clean it again.. Replace the spark plug before you squirt anything in the engine...
