Check for restricted intake, exhaust or possible cam timing off.

I suggest you check the exhaust isn't partially blocked and then if OK ensure the cam timing, valve clearances, etc. is correct.

SOURCE: kawasaki 300 bayou won't rev up.

No guarantees but try this. Pull the slide from the throat of the carb. Now move the clip on the jet needle down one notch. This will richen the low end mix. Two notches may be needed but do one notch at the start.

does it backfire when revving down? are your spark plugs coming out black? if yes, you need to lean out your system a little by adjusting the mixture screw on the carb.

SOURCE: 96 bayou 300 idles good when you give it gas fast it backfires and dies

Just a quick check, could there be air getting inbetween the carb and motor? Sometimes it could be leaning out? Just a thought?

2002 Kawasaki 3010 620E will not start. Plowed snow all winter and went to put away and will not fire. Changed gas, plugs and it has compression. I am lost.

Did you drain the carburetor at the end of the season, or shut off the gas valve and run the carburetor dry? If not, the issue is probably varnish and gum from the evaporated gas plugging up the carburetor. You will have to pull the carb apart and clean it.

Why is our 2005 Bayou 250 rev up when putting into neutral

Have you tried to lower the idle? When an Auto/5speed shiftable transmission is stopped in gear the drivetrain holds it back or loads it down a bit. If you take off a load the idle will rise. Sounds like your idle is too high. Do you have your idle set high to keep it from stalling?

2015 Kawasaki Bayou 300 idles but won't rev up. Changed the plug, cleaned the air filter.

Hey Anthony..
there can be a couple issues... but we will deal the one I think might be the main issue.. the carburetor...
Take it to a qualified professional..(not your buddy that thinks he might be able to clean it).. there are too many tiny passages and settings that need to be RIGHT... let the pro clean and set it.. its worth the $$..In a shop, should be an hour OR LESS... my shop,, it would be $50.

Kawasaki 220 Bayou has 3 gas lines coming off the carb. Where do they go? I need a diagram

How do you know they are gas lines? Are they the same diameter? Why are they not still connected?
Does this ATV have a fuel pump? If so they probably connect to the pump.. one is the fuel line and one is a vacuum line... the other probably an overflow.

Carb sprays gas toward the air filter on a 2006 kawasaki bayou 250 what would cause this?

timing may have jumped and bent the intake valve causing it to blow back into the carb on the compression stroke.
