Hey Bob...
Why do you need to remove the carb? If it needs cleaning or setting,..and you can't figure out how to remove the carb -- you do NOT need to remove the carb and try to clean it yourself!! Take it to a professional!!

SOURCE: 2000 trail boss 325 only getting 5200 rpm. How can I get the 6000 operating rpm. Very sluggish and bogging at full throttle

  1. At what altitude? Bogging down is a symptom of not enough air or not enough or too much fuel

2001 Polaris Trail Boss 325 ATV. Why doesn't it go more than 20 mph?
My guess is that Chinese carburetor is not jetted or set up right. It may not even be opening fully. Ask in the Polaris forums. Top speed should be 45 mph.
