does it have a fuel pump ?...it could be just priming itself..when the pump is already full you cant really hear the noise that much. Does the noise go away after riding for awhile and then restart it?

These quads have a thermostat-controlled radiator fan, which won't turn on until the engine is hot. Perfectly normal. Also, if the fan comes on, make sure you use the kill switch to turn the quad off, rather than just turning the key. This allows the engine to cool properly and will save your engine gaskets and other parts. It could take quite a while to cool down...my 2009 Grizzly sure does.

Did you check spark before or after the spark plugs? Replace the plugs (or at least check their gaps). Also remember, you need three things for ignition: air, fuel, spark. You've been checking fuel and spark, but not mention of decent air flow. Is your air filter plugged?

Check compression and timing belt. If belt is ok and you have compression, check to see if you have a pulse at the injectors. You use a device called a NOID light (basically a light bulb that plugs into the injector plug. Unplug the injectors one by one and plug the light in then crank the engine. Light should blink on and off if the system is working properly. If not check for a bad crank sensor, blown injector fuse and wiring harness. Hope this helps.
