SOURCE: Ignition, electrical noise

does it have a fuel pump ?...it could be just priming itself..when the pump is already full you cant really hear the noise that much. Does the noise go away after riding for awhile and then restart it?

SOURCE: Yamaha Grizzly 350. After riding for twenty or so

These quads have a thermostat-controlled radiator fan, which won't turn on until the engine is hot. Perfectly normal. Also, if the fan comes on, make sure you use the kill switch to turn the quad off, rather than just turning the key. This allows the engine to cool properly and will save your engine gaskets and other parts. It could take quite a while to cool down...my 2009 Grizzly sure does.

SOURCE: 2006 Yamaha grizzly(60 hours) . Was working fine

Did you check spark before or after the spark plugs? Replace the plugs (or at least check their gaps). Also remember, you need three things for ignition: air, fuel, spark. You've been checking fuel and spark, but not mention of decent air flow. Is your air filter plugged?

SOURCE: 98 crv won't start

Check compression and timing belt. If belt is ok and you have compression, check to see if you have a pulse at the injectors. You use a device called a NOID light (basically a light bulb that plugs into the injector plug. Unplug the injectors one by one and plug the light in then crank the engine. Light should blink on and off if the system is working properly. If not check for a bad crank sensor, blown injector fuse and wiring harness. Hope this helps.

When riding my 2011 Yamaha grizzly 700 about 1/2 throttle it shuts down and when I get in water or mud it like it loses power what would it be

Hi Curtis:
Considering the age of the machine I'd be looking at basic maintenance first. Things like air filter, fuel filter, carb condition, spark plugs, oil and oil filter change. Then start thinking about valve condition and clearances.

2011 Yamaha grizzly 700 special edition there is a plastic cover missing by left foot peg do you know what it is called looks like it covers oil dip stick area

These are often called plastic side covers or cowlings. Your Yamaha dealer should be able to give a quote on the price and then you can seek the part for much less elsewhere.

HOW MUCH GREASE WHEN REGREASING AN ATV CLUTCH,550 EPS YAMAHA GRIZZLY,

Put enough grease to cover the rollers. Also add some to the actual tracks where the rollers glide on. The clutch should have a thin cover that is held on by three small screws. that is your "grease cap" If there is too much grease it'll end up there. Hope this helps. I own older grizzlies and that is what has worked for me.

I'm having trouble getting my 2011 Yamaha 450 Grizzly into neutral so I can start it. It goes into all the other ranges just fine, just the neutral is the problem.

that is a shift cam problem most likely. Pull the clutch cover and inspect the clutch shift quadrant and the clutch discs while you are at it.
