2008 Jetmoto 110 atv won't start plenty of spark timing is on and getting fue is there any suggestions?

Hi,

please ensure that the 3rd party flywheel is allowed to be used as a replacement with your suzuki by calling suzuki about this. Otherwise, I would work with a mobile mechanic to remove the flywheel and then re-attach it to the suzuki.

has the timing slipped? this is normally set at the end of the crank-case a number of degrees before top dead centre TDC. and held by a nut. if this is loose the timing can slip and the spark occurs at the wrong part of the cycle. read how to adjust the timing

You need three things to make any gas engine run, in this order double check make sure you have proper timing set, spark and fuel. Could be bad gas or a bad ground from motor to frame.

can you tell me what year and make of atv sounds like you might have a timing problem were you do have spark but at the wrong time need more information to know for sure and also is it 2 stroke or 4 stroke

It has a 5 wire cdi box

check the compression, REPLACE the spark plug with a new one, clean or have the carb professionally cleaned. compression should be at least or more than 100-110 lbs.

to get suction ( manifold vacuum )need to have the manifold blocked off by the throttle closed
how much is plenty ( 120-160psi)
if you have fuel into the manifold , compression and spark at tyhe right time , it has to go

Could be your starter, solenoid, or even a fuel pump/clogged lines or filters

sounds like your rings are worn out.
