Try rocking quad toward and back while you try to shift out of park.

SOURCE: I have a KYMCO 4 wheeler that will not start...Checked starter solenoid and found only 10 volts being supplied to it, yet 12 volt battery is fully charged

does it crank over >?. if so ck for spark at the plug if good ck to make sure you are getting fuel , if so , make sure your air filter is not clogged too ,
