I have a 700 yamaha grizzly 4x4 and I crossed a swamp and it went head first in a 5 ft water hole and was submerged for 10 secs,then the tranny wasnt working,"the tires wouldnt spin" the fuses were bad but not sure which relay or what fuse it is and wher its located

The belt housing is filled with water.
open the drain valve on bottom of housing, drain and let dry for 24 hours. Once the moisture is all gone the belt will stop slipping.

If you're in to low a gear, the clutch might be slipping under stress from high revs. You might need a new clutch or stronger springs. Try using a higher gear and use 50% braking.

Hi Curtis:
Considering the age of the machine I'd be looking at basic maintenance first. Things like air filter, fuel filter, carb condition, spark plugs, oil and oil filter change. Then start thinking about valve condition and clearances.

drian engine oil take side cover should be an 8m to 12m depending on the model... the stator might be attached to the cover or might have a mount holding it into place to the fly wheel
