Trying changing the plug , if you didn't already see what type of condition it's in. Check to make sure you have spark. It may be your air screw need tunning.

My 03 kfx 400 is blowing oil out of tube on the right side that's right below where filter is why?

If you are talking about the crankcase vent hose... a very small amount of oil vapor could be considered normal. If it is flat out oil. Check your oil level and see if it is too high. Otherwise it sounds like blow by.

When I start my Kawasaki Mule 3010 with the choke out when cold it will start and then seems to run the carb out of gas and stalls. If I wait 5 to 10 min and try it it will start and it will run fine

Sounds like not getting petrol, clean petrol tap to get a good flow and clean and strip carburetor the needle and seat could be clogged any way clean and blow out jets and holes with compressed air put back together and away you go.

I put my kfx700 in time on the rear cylender and it is blowing back through the carb

if you jumped time or broke the chain then it sounds like a bent intake valve. you'll have to take the head off to straighten it.

Atv will not start

Is your choke working OK? Even in the summer time a cold engine needs a littel choke...more gas than air to get started. But you don't need to keep the choke on for very long in the summer since the engine warms up faster. You could try some carb cleaner or even taken the carb off and cleaning it good because it sounds definitely like a fuel problem so it was a good idea to check the pump and filter.

Why will a Kawasaki kfx90 electric starter work fine when cold willnot work when hot?

its called thermal expansion you will find you most like have a connection that is just tight enough to work in when it cold but when you get it warm is opens a little snug down your starter relay connections and don't forget the wiring connections at the fuses also look for and clean all corrosion you may find
