code 85 is the gas pedal sensor (been a very common problem), unplug it, tap it, plug back in, turn on display.

first fuse box is under the steering wheel and second fuse box is located behind the drivers seat, in left rear wheel well

If you're burning oil, you likely have either bad rings or valve stem seals. Either way, you will probably need an automotive machine shop...unless you've done this sort of repair before. In that case, good luck.
