or learn to find shorts like pro.
box of fuses.
unplug all or 1 by 1 all connected devices to the harness
if one device ends fuse blown, bingo. it is a shorted out device
if at the end of all this work , and it still blows fuse
then the harness is shorted, and just inspecting every inch of the harness finds that. short. (see actual damage to it you will)

guess this

I have a Kawasaki Mule 4010 2012 4x4 that keeps blowing a fuse as soon as you turn the key to on. what can it be? I've checked the switch, relays, for damaged wires under the dash etc?

I assume there is only ONE fuse, since you are not specific.
The solution therefore is just hard work and long hours with your ohmmeter disconnecting wires and tracking it down one wire at a time.

2003 kodiak 400 2x4, as soon as the ignition key is turned on the 30 amp fuse by the blows.

You have a dead short . Disconnect the battery , set your volt meter to read ohms and send a current from each position on the ignition switch to the fuse block where the fuse is blowing . You should be able to trace the problem quite quickly .

I have a 2002 arctic cat atv 4x4 and every time i turn the key on it blows the ignition fuse.

Unplug wires going to stater, starter, and any other wire you can find related that could be grounded when ignition is in run position. As well as any after market things like hand warmers, winch, light's. Keep unplugging things until fuse doesn't blowing then start hooking up one at a time till you find the problem. If you have a meter you can check some of these items to see if there shorted out or just get a bunch of fuses and try other way mentioned. Do Not use larger fuses as a matter of fact you can use a slight lower amp fuse for testing.

Keeps blowing 10amp ignition fuse?

You more than likely have a short in the system, Check the wiring for any cables that have work and maybe touching the frame.

What would make the fuse under the seat keep blowing

There has to be a short in the line somewhere in order for the fuse to constantly blow. A wire has rubbed against some steel and is causing the fuse to blow. trace the fuse to the link....such as the lights or rear light and check the socket or wiring for a short.

Fuze is blowing

disconnect part's of your harness until the fuse dos not blow any more and it will be in that section of the harness where the short is.
when all else fails you could put a paperclip in where the fuse goes and wait for smoke........ please do not do this until you are ready to set fire to it because it will probably start a fire......

The main 30amp fuse keeps blowing on our klf300

follow it until you find the short. the wire may have rubbed raw against a metal part. Happens a lot. remove the fuse and put an ohm meter to the frame and to either side of the wire where the fuse mounts. It will tell you which direction from that point to follow
