Atv 4x4 light flashing four times no four wheel

No four wheel when light is flashing turn it off and on it works

Some times the four wheeler is not in right position for 4x4 to engage safely so it throws it in to safety mode so it don't slam in to 4x4 with grindage an damage that's my experience. If it seemes to work fine when working run it . . Could need service,fluid change and 4x4 actuators,.,vacuums switches tested also ...

2002 Kawasaki Prairie 300 four-wheel-drive. I was Driving it down the road and it just died. I can't even get it to fire now or turn over.

2004 foreman 450 es the 4x4 don t stay on.The green light flash 4 times-l stop the engine and lI start again and the 4x4 is on but I drive a couple yards and it's the same thing-He turn 2x4

check to see if actuator is moving to lock position

2005 Arctic Cat 500 Automatic Model A2005BBM4BUSG 4 wheel drive not working. Light indicates 4x4 but front wheels not pulling even with differential locked.

2002 Polaris Sportsman 700 vtwin. Why doesn't 4x4 work?

not sure about that model but other polari I've worked on use electronic hubs to engage the four wheel drive. check the wiring to the hubs or possibly a bad switch.

4 wheel drive light flashing on 2008 kawasaki prairie. What does this mean?

Depending on the flashing frequency, it could be the Electronic BRake controller, the 4x4 actuator or the brain.

Look for the service manual online, it has a procedure for checking/cleaning the actuator. It could be stuck with dirt and need a cleaning.
